We are looking for a Sr. HR Recruiter, who manages the day-to-day HR operations, including Recruitment, and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR team is responsible for overall organizational development by handling employee relations and creating a strong ethical work environment.
Responsibilities
- Expert in hiring Tech talent with product based companies
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hiring niche roles
- Handled the end to end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, resume shortlisting and initial HR screening, scheduling interviews
- Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring document completion, and smooth integration of new hires in the organisation
- Carefully organize and update personnel records within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) & HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
- Management of employee attendance and leave records and policies is a plus
- Foster relationships with external vendors such as recruitment vendors and insurance vendors
- Take charge of general office administration to ensure a smooth and organized workplace
Requirements
- MBA- HR is required
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter with product based companies
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is a plus
- Excellent people skills
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
