We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive, who manages the day-to-day HR operations, including Recruitment, and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. The HR team is responsible for overall organizational development by handling employee relations and creating a strong ethical work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, resume shortlisting and initial HR screening, scheduling interviews
  • Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring document completion, and smooth integration of new hires in the organisation
  • Carefully organize and update personnel records within our HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
  • Efficiently manage employee attendance and leave records and policies
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of labor laws and maintain strict compliance within the organization and ensure well-being of the employees
  • Foster relationships with external vendors such as insurance and recruitment vendors
  • Take charge of general office administration to ensure a smooth and organized workplace
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for company employees
  • Oversee event management tasks to facilitate successful company events and gatherings
  • Manage company assets effectively to ensure their proper utilization and maintenance
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees

Requirements

  • MBA- HR is required
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience as HR Executive/ HR Admin
  • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
  • Experience with office administration or related field
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and regulations
