We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketer who will be in charge of the company’s interactions with the public via social media platforms. You’ll create and implement content strategies, as well as identify trends in customer interactions, to aid in the planning of digital campaigns that increase brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Education and Experience Required
- Proven 3 years of working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, images, and video)
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tool knowledge
- Familiarity with web design and SEO
- Good understanding of all marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
