Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing and closing of high-quality tech talent
- Mentor and ensure that the objectives of HR team are met
- Implement company policies for promoting a healthy environment
- Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire and turnover rates)
- Discusses the career development path of employees and weighs in on Performance Management metrics with Managers
- Capable of presenting to Board members
Education and Experience Required
- 5-6 years of experience in an HR Manager role in a product-based technology company
- MBA in HR from Tier 2 or 3 Institute is a must
- Experience with HR Management Software
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional management and organizational skills
- Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations
- Proficiency in verbal and written English, strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
