We’re looking for a Retention Manager, who will play a critical role in creating and managing automated marketing campaigns and communications. You will implement the most innovative retention strategies and use the most cutting-edge marketing tools to drive retention and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, design, and launch retention marketing campaigns to Rummy Passion users on CleverTap or other Omni-Channel Marketing platforms
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and finding growth opportunities
- QA campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
- A/B Testing and optimizing campaigns
- Analyse funnel data and understand the player movement on the website and app.
- Engage in improving retention ARPU and minimizing churn
- Study market research data to build a broad understanding of a typical rummy player
- Analyse conversion data and identify pain drop-off points and accordingly build an action plan
- Think of creative communication to convert and engage users
- Understand revenue and retention strategy
- Work with creative designers/web designers to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Manage and own project timelines, creative quality, and content effectiveness
Education and Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience with CleverTap or similar Omni-Channel Marketing platforms
- 3+ years of experience in retention management of B2C mobile app users, including the use of push notifications, emails and SMS
- Proven track record of creating, implementing, and optimizing complex trigger-based user journeys to meet business goals
- Strong logical and analytical skills with excellent Excel skills
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- B-Tech from a well-reputed college
- Experience in the gaming industry will be preferred
- Understanding/basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of databases, SQL, Tableau etc. is preferred
