We’re looking for a Retention Analyst, who will be responsible for managing the retention platforms and fully leveraging their capabilities to increase loyalty and retain business.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing manual and automated retention campaigns and communications
- QA campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
- Liaise with other teams (graphic designer, content writer, product & others) to manage the communication to users
- Analyzing/identifying trends or anomalies, developing findings into reports, and presenting findings
- Provide in-depth and regular analysis of the campaign performance
- Able to understand funnels, different cohorts of users, drop-offs, and other touchpoints on the app to improve overall game engagement and retention metrics
- Leverages data from all aspects of the organization in an effort to uncover the impact to churn
- Understand revenue and retention strategy
Education and Experience Required
- A B-Tech degree from a reputed university
- 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role managing large data sets and turning those insights into condensed trends for the business
- Advanced Excel experience
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and use that data to develop an understanding of market and consumer behaviour
- Challenges the status quo to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Must be self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Prefer candidates with experience in CleverTap or similar Omni-Channel Marketing platforms
