We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and success of our gaming product, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and driving business growth. - Data Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvement, player experience enhancement, and market share growth. Work closely with the data and tech team to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Player Centricity: Develop a deep understanding of our player’s needs, pain points, and motivations. Be an advocate for the player, ensuring that our product is designed and developed with their best interests in mind.
- Player Research: Conduct regular player research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather feedback and insights to inform product strategy and development.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation, market positioning, and potential threats.
- Funnel Analysis: Optimize the customer journey by analyzing user behavior and conversion funnel data. Identify areas of improvement to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing improvements. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Product Metrics: Define, implement, track, and report on key product performance indicators to ensure products are meeting desired outcomes and driving business growth.
Education and Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on data analytics, customer centricity, and product research.
- Proven experience in conducting customer research, competitor analysis, and funnel analysis to drive product success.
- Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications, and white papers. Translate business needs to technical requirements and AB tests, then work with development teams to ensure correct implementation and tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
- Prior software development experience is a plus. Prior experience in the real money gaming industry is a plus.
