We are looking for dynamic and detailed oriented HR Executive to support the HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and general office administration. This role demands strong communication, discretion, and a proactive attitude towards learning and supporting the broader HR objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the end to end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, resume shortlisting and initial HR screening, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees by managing documentation, induction formalities, and orientation processes.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage general office administration to ensure operational efficiency and organized workplace.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or leadership team.
Education & Experienced Required
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months- 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Sound understanding of HR responsibilities and core functions.
- Knowledge of HR Labour laws and compliances.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and work accuracy is a must.
- A proactive and positive attitude with excellent soft skills and willingness to take initiative and learn.
- Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenges.
