HR Executive

The HR Executive will support the HR department in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, resume shortlisting and initial HR screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring document completion, and smooth integration of new hires in the organisation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Take charge of general office administration to ensure a smooth and organized workplace.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Education & Experienced Required

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months- 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be aware about the roles and responsibilities of the HR.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and work accuracy is a must.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with excellent soft skills and willingness to learn
  • Open to take on new challenges.
