Responsibilities
- Define and lead a team of analysts, data scientists and data engineers
- Work with all teams in the company to understand requirements, plan & deliver solutions, and drive data-based actionable decisions.
- Develop reporting dashboards with multiple KPIs and monitor them diligently to assess problems and solve them quickly.
- Be hands-on with analytics technology and be able to guide the team through analytical & technical leadership.
- Design and assist A/B testing experiments for marketing communication, user journeys and product enhancements to drive growth
Education and Experience Required
- Must BE/B. Tech from Tier 1/2 Engineering Colleges, MBA preferred
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in data science and analytics execution
- Hands on experience in extracting insights from SQL and NoSQL databases through query writing and scripting
- Hands on Experience in visualization platforms such as Tableau.
- Experience in leading machine learning projects and in developing and deploying machine learning solutions (including deep learning) for business problems like churn modelling
- Proven experience in a leadership role to manage a direct team
- Experience in Skill Gaming Industry will be an added advantage
