Responsibilities

  • Should attain FCR while addressing customer queries in the blend of Voice, Chat and Email (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Should maintain professional standards while assisting the customers and serve resolution based on the defined standard operating procedure
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests to achieve customer delight

Education and Experience Required

  • Should have an experience of minimum 1 years as a customer service executive
  • Should have relevant experience on CRM tools
  • Experience in the skill-based gaming industry is a plus
  • Extremely good oral communications skills in English & Hindi
  • Commitment towards serving the resolution on customer issues
  • Good interpersonal and writing skills in English & Hindi
  • Ability to learn and develop as per the industry dynamics
