Retention Marketing Manager

RMM plays a critical role in supporting various retention and loyalty initiatives. This role requires immense insights on online gaming industry in India. You will create and implement the most innovative retention strategies by using cutting edge tools, Email Marketing, Intense Data analysis, Data Slicing and Optimization. You will analyze player life cycle and build an understanding of player behavior from all aspects and execute multiple initiatives for driving conversions, revenue and retention.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Quarterly retention strategy rollout
  • Ensure churn rate within agreed limits
  • Managing bonuses, offers and promotions within budget
  • Running Tournament specific promotions
  • Tier wise management of players
  • Lapsed player management
  • Re marketing player management
  • Bonus calculations and reporting
  • Offline print communication and rewards fulfillment
  • High Roller management
  • Reporting efficacy of various types of promotional campaigns
  • Maximizing average bet per player
  • Email and SMS creation, scripting & scheduling
  • Database management (player database)


  • MBA Marketing/Finance from a well reputed university
  • Excellent ability to work independently and implement retention marketing strategies
  • Extremely strong decision making and analytical skills
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in online gaming &marketing, research and operations
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
  • A good team player but ability to execute specific tasks individually and with minimum supervision.
