Risk Management Specialist

Expectations

    Candidate should be well versed in the risks involved in online gaming scenario and should have worked in this domain for at least 2-3 years. S/he is expected to understand the working of in-house tools in detail that is currently used to detect unfair gaming practices and get acquainted with them. In due course, the candidate is expected to further enhance these tools and introduce new mechanisms to make the overall systems more efficient and effective.
    Apart from that, the candidate should have the following qualities:

  • Multi-tasking and quick decision making
  • Great Team Player and work ethics
  • Should enjoy working in a fast, dynamic environment
  • Good in analytics and Excel
  • Exposure to Analytic tools like Tableau, etc would be a great advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all activities of the Risk Management Dept are done within the prescribed SLA and TaT’s
  • Team meetings and case studies
  • Handle Escalations and ensure smooth Inter-Departmental Coordination
  • Strengthen process and suggest changes to improve overall efficiency by process improvement and enhancements
  • Emphasize on early detection of fraudulent gameplays and look into the possibilities to put checks and measures to prevent them
  • Monitoring trends and highlighting them to respective Teams
  • Work with Product, Marketing and Engineering team and give suggestions on various aspects to minimize the scope of any sort of fraudulent activity
  • Awareness on latest trends, techniques, and tools used in Online Gaming to minimize fraud and other methods of detecting unfair gameplay
  • The above-mentioned tasks are just an indication. A detailed role along with KPI will be shared during onboarding

Required Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Risk Management as a Specialist
