Marathi / Gujrati / Bengali Player Service Representative

What You’ll Do

The Rummy Passion Player Services Representative is responsible for priority handling of our players, as well as improving player satisfaction and retention of all players by ensuring our players have an amazing service experience. This individual researches and resolves player inquiries, responds to players in a timely, good natured and respectful manner. This role collaborates closely with the Product, Game and Marketing teams, staying informed about their plans and priorities.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

· Provide excellent service to Rummy Passion Players

· Ensure our players have personalized support

· Research and resolve player concerns related to their account.

· Utilize multiple resources such as knowledge base, website, and support tools to research and resolve player issues and respond to players in a timely and respectful manner

· Understand player issues and provide high quality player support via e-mail, chat and calls

· Enter accurate information into the support tools regarding player communications

· Escalate issues to the appropriate department to ensure everyone is informed

· Regularly track, analyse and report on player feedback, identify trends and anomalies

· Represent the voice of the player internally with the Player Services, Product, Games and Marketing teams, sharing what we are hearing from players and advocating for improvements on their behalf

About You

An ideal candidate will have an innate interest in games, a high degree of initiative, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a player-oriented, fast-paced, work environment.

· 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service

· Must have experience in handling non-voice/voice processes

· Must be at least a graduate

· Gaming experience is an added advantage

· Should possess excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) (English & Hindi)

· Verbal knowledge of Regional languages (Marathi, Gujrati or Bengali) is added advantage

· Ability to listen & solve customer issues

· Good interpersonal and writing skills

· Ability to handle pressure
