1. Retention Marketing Manager (RMM)

RMM plays a critical role in supporting various retention and loyalty initiatives. This role will offer immense insights and learning in the online gaming industry in India. You will create and implement the most innovative retention strategies by using cutting edge tools such as Passion Rewards Club, Email Marketing, Intense Data analysis, Data Slicing and Optimization. You will analyze player life cycle and build an understanding of player behavior from all aspects and execute multiple initiatives for driving conversions, revenue and retention.


  • Study player experience
  • Analyze conversion ratio (Practice to Real Money Players)
  • Analyze and Maximize Deposit Chain
  • Reactivate Lapsed Player Base
  • Execute creative concepts to convert and engage players
  • Execute monthly and quarterly retention marketing activities
  • Work with Customer Service to execute personalized service to top loyalty tier players
  • Work with Design and Development team to ensure timely creation of marketing assets
  • Engage in data analysis using Excel Macros to improve and refine performance
  • Deliver revenue and retention goals


  • MBA Marketing/Finance from a well reputed university
  • Excellent ability to work independently and implement retention marketing strategies
  • Extremely strong decision making and analytical skills
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in online marketing, research and operations
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive

SEO Executive should be able to review and analyze sites for areas that need to improved, deleted or revised and prepare detailed strategy reports. They should be able to significantly improve a website’s organic search results and ensure that the websites are proliferated with optimal keywords. They should be able to place keywords appropriately in copy to gain most search engine traffic and write original, powerful SEO content for blogs and websites. They must effectively be able to implement off-page SEO content strategies such as coding, Photoshop and proliferation of posts.


  • Effectively use header tags
  • Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics to not violate search engine guidelines
  • Strategize ways to improve and track site performance
  • Create advanced SEO strategies
  • Collaborate with design team to come up with relevant images for content with correct size and optimization
  • Maintain all ID’s for proper communication with users or target user base


  • Attention to detail, excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of current SEO tools and their relevance
  • Minimum 3 years experience

3. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive

SMM’s role is to build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking and messaging. They should be able to identify the audience and interact with relevant target groups. Hence, proficiently increasing and exploring as many as avenue for the same. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. They should be capable to set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of the company’s social content. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community available. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.


  • Must have proven working experience in social media marketing or in digital media
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels


  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Professional Diploma or Degree in Social Media Marketing
  • Fluency in English

4. Customer Care Executive (Tamil/Telugu)

The Customer Care Executive should be able to answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Must be able to keep records of customer interaction and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken. Other responsibilities include processing orders, forms and applications.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests. They should refer unresolved grievances or special requests to designated departments for further action. The candidate must have good communication skills and listening ability along with active problem solving skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure is vital to this position.


  • 2 years professional experience in customer care
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Tamil and or Telugu Language is a plus point
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college
